Dr Subrata Halder is an experienced mental health professional with over 10 years of expertise in psychotherapy and counselling. He completed his Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling for Mental Health and Wellness from Asia e University, Malaysia, and earned a PhD in Psychotherapy and Counselling. He is also certified in trauma treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, spiritually based psychotherapy, anger management, and marital therapy, reflecting his diverse skill set.

Dr Subrata Halder specializes in working with a wide range of concerns including trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship and marital issues, infertility, and women’s issues. He also has experience in managing conditions such as mood disorders, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. In addition to his clinical practice in Kolkata, he conducts workshops and support groups for individuals and couples, contributes to various publications, and has worked with organizations as a trauma therapist, offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental health care.
