About Dr Haridas Varier

Dr. Haridas Varier is the Chief Doctor at Sadayush Ayurvedic Cure and Care and comes from a rich traditional Ayurvedic lineage. He completed his formal education in Ayurveda from Venkataramana Ayurveda College, Chennai, and further enhanced his clinical and manufacturing knowledge under the guidance of his father and guru, the late P V S Varier.

With over 25 years of experience in India and abroad, he has successfully treated various chronic lifestyle-related conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and infertility. He has also served patients internationally, including in Malaysia and Sri Lanka, and has been associated with reputed organizations like Kerala Ayurveda Limited, Vaidyaratnam, Birla Kerala Vaidyashala, and the Kairali group of hospitals. His approach combines effective treatment with patient education, helping individuals achieve sustainable and healthy living.
