About Dr. Neha Shah

I hold an MBBS from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences and a Diploma in Psychiatry Medicine from TNMC and Nair Ch. Hospital, Mumbai. I specialize in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry, with nearly a decade of experience. My expertise includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), transactional analysis, and modern interventions such as electroconvulsive therapy when clinically appropriate.

I practice at Dr. ABG Spine & Joint Clinic in Dadar and Harmony Psychiatry Clinic in Chembur, Mumbai, and also serve as a visiting psychiatrist at Child Reach School and the NGO Gyaansathi. My goal is to help patients address mental health challenges—such as learning disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, abnormal behavior, and anger management—while fostering understanding that mental health is as vital as physical health and should never be stigmatized.
