About Dr Prachi Rathi

Dr Prachi Rathi is a dedicated Psychological Counselor and Life Skills Trainer, as well as the founder of LetSmile. She completed her M.Sc in Psychological Counselling from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore, and is also a Graphologist. She began her journey with the aim of breaking the stigma surrounding mental and emotional health, promoting awareness and acceptance in society.

She has experience working as a school counsellor and has supported both adolescents and adults in dealing with a wide range of concerns such as peer pressure, bullying, body image issues, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, career confusion, and workplace difficulties. Dr Prachi Rathi has conducted numerous workshops on life skills, communication, stress management, and personal development, and has also been invited as a guest speaker at reputed institutions and forums. Her approach integrates counselling with alternative healing practices like meditation and mindfulness, helping individuals achieve balance, resilience, and personal growth.
