About Dr. Suresh Kumar Bhagat

Dr. Suresh Kumar Bhagat is a senior Consultant Urologist and Kidney Transplant Surgeon based in Mumbai, with over two decades of clinical experience. After completing his MBBS and MS in General Surgery, he pursued specialized training in urology at Christian Medical College, Vellore, where he earned his MCh degree and later served as faculty in the departments of urology and renal transplantation. During his time there, he gained extensive exposure to complex urological and transplant procedures.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bhagat has worked across leading institutions, contributing significantly to the development of urology and transplant services. He has performed more than 450 successful kidney transplants, including numerous cadaveric procedures, and has expertise in laparoscopic urology, reconstructive surgery, endourology, uro-oncology, and pediatric urology. Currently, he consults patients at Dr. Suresh Kumar Bhagat’s OPD at Fortis Hospital Limited in Mulund West, Mumbai, offering advanced and patient-focused urological care.
