I am Dr. Kalpana Sanjay Erande, and I invite women to join a safe and non-judgmental space where they can openly discuss their concerns and improve their overall wellbeing. Through my work, I focus on empowering women to understand their health, address intimate concerns, and build confidence in a supportive and respectful environment.

About Dr. Kalpana Sanjay Erande

Dr. Kalpana Sanjay Erande holds an M.D. in Ayurveda along with a BAMS degree and is a member of the Council of Sex Education and Parenthood International. She has also served as a lecturer at Padmashree D Y Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune. With a strong focus on women’s sexual health and infertility, she has developed specialized counselling techniques and treatment methods to address conditions such as vaginismus, low libido, unconsummated marriages, and other related concerns.

She is actively involved in promoting women’s health awareness and has conducted workshops on menstrual hygiene while also contributing to reputed publications on topics like HIV and AIDS. Dr. Erande has held leadership roles in professional bodies such as NIMA and continues to work towards women empowerment through her initiatives, including the “Care for Couples” community. She has been honored with multiple awards like the Vaidyak Seva Award and Dhanwantari Puraskar, recognizing her dedication to healthcare and her contribution during the COVID period.
