6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. Appointment request data is retained for a reasonable operational period and then securely deleted or anonymised.

Doctor, nurse, and equipment provider profile data is retained for as long as the professional or provider remains listed on the Platform. Upon delisting, profile information may be archived in anonymised form for internal records.

Given the sensitive nature of health-related information, we implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.
